1. Definitions and Applicability
In this document, "bd333", "platform" or "site" refers to bd333login.cam and all services connected to it. "Member" or "user" refers to any person registered on this platform. "Services" includes casino games, sports betting, live casino and all other entertainment activities.

2. Account Registration

2.1 One Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person creates multiple accounts or opens an account on behalf of someone else, bd333 reserves the right to suspend or close those accounts at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Identity Verification
bd333 may verify a member's identity at any time. If a national identity card or other document is requested, it must be submitted within the specified time. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.
3. Age Requirement
All bd333 services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. If a false age is provided at registration, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

4. Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.
4.1 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the bd333 support team immediately. The platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend any transactions until the security of the account is confirmed.
4.2 Password
Use a strong password — create one with at least eight characters combining letters, numbers and special symbols. You should change your password regularly and avoid using the same password on multiple sites.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions at bd333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used for deposits and withdrawals.
5.1 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.
5.2 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. The process is faster when account verification is already complete. Under special circumstances (such as system maintenance), it may take a little longer.
5.3 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the mobile banking account that was used at the time of deposit and is registered in the member's name.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
bd333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own conditions, and it is important to read the relevant terms before accepting one.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning in that example, you would need to place ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.
6.2 VIP Cashback
bd333's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Cashback is given based on the net loss for the week. For example: if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
Using multiple accounts to earn bonuses, operating accounts from the same device by multiple members of the same household, or attempting to exploit the bonus system in any other way will result in all related bonuses and winnings being cancelled.
7. Betting and Game Rules
Separate rules apply to sports betting, casino games, live casino and other gaming activities on bd333. Each game or market has its own conditions and these should be read before playing.
7.1 Betting Outcomes
All betting outcomes are determined according to the rules of the relevant sport or game. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bd333 reserves the right to void that bet and return the original stake.
7.2 Sports Betting
In cricket, football and other sports betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded. In live betting, if a discrepancy in odds arises due to network delay, the server odds will be considered final.
7.3 Finality of Game Results
Casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely fair. Once a game result is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If evidence of a technical error is found, bd333 will take appropriate action.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd333 platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
- Conducting betting or gaming activities using bots or automated software
- Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information
- Attempting to hack the platform's systems or find vulnerabilities
- Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means
- Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of another person (proxy betting for a third party)
- Spreading false information with the intent to damage bd333's reputation
- Attempting collusion or coordinated fraud with other members
If any of these prohibitions are violated, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken where applicable.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
bd333 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
- Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute
- Account inactive for an extended period
- Complaints from other members or security-related concerns
9.1 Request to Close Account
If a member wishes to close their own account, they can contact the support team. In this case, the account will be closed after any outstanding balance has been cleared.
10. Limitation of Liability
bd333 aims to keep its services uninterrupted and free of errors. However, the platform will not be liable in the following situations:
- Any loss caused by an internet connection failure
- System errors by third-party payment providers
- Service disruptions caused by unforeseen natural disasters or emergencies
- Losses resulting from a member sharing their own login credentials with others
- A game or betting session being interrupted due to a device or software problem
bd333 always tries to help members resolve issues, however direct financial compensation for losses caused by the reasons listed above may not always be possible.
11. Privacy and Data Storage
Details on the collection, storage and use of your personal information are described in bd333's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy applies to you equally alongside these terms and conditions.
bd333 does not sell your personal information to any third party. However, information necessary for operating the services (such as payment processing or identity verification) may be shared with trusted partners.
12. Changes to Terms
bd333 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified through the platform or via their registered email or mobile before changes take effect.
Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the updated terms. You should therefore check this page regularly. The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page.
